At the Woodway Family Center we want your experience to be positive and memorable. To ensure that outcome, we recommend every participant take steps that will allow the body and mind perform at peak levels.
Examples:
- Make sure to get plenty of rest before an activity.
- Maintain a proper level of hydration before and during any sporting activity.
- Maintain a diet that will help provide the energy needed to perform at your utmost potential.
- Have proper equipment for the sport you are participating in.
- Leave outside frustrations away from the court or field and remember our programs are designed to learn and have fun.
Please use common sense and consider others when you are determining if you or your athlete are healthy enough to participate in any Woodway Family Center Activity.
- If you are experiencing fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or any cold like symptoms please refrain from exposing others until you experience 24 to 48 hours without symptoms.
